Chef Bernard has 30 years’ experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry. He started his very first job in the restaurant industry in Nigeria and worked his way to be an executive chef at the Hilton La Marmite Du Boulevard where he worked for 7 years.
After his experience in the corporate world, chef opened multiple successful restaurants in the capital of Cameroon, Yaoundé.
Chef Bernard’s successful story is due to his overwhelming love for food and cooking. Even though his background is French cuisine, Chef isn’t afraid of venture out of his comfort zone to have a better understanding about ingredients, food, and flavors from all around the world.
Chef constantly travels to participate in culinary conferences and events around the world (France, Germany, Spain, South Africa, China, etc.)
Chef Bernard’s culinary goal is to be able deliver a concept of an international culinary fusion where everyone around the world can come and enjoy the food, spices, ingredients, and flavor worldwide.
Chef believes good food can bring everyone together regardless of race, culture and social status.
